I've lost my ticket. What time is the pickup for my project again?

Projects are always scheduled to be ready thirty minutes prior to the close of business on their scheduled date (2:30 PM as of the last update made on October 2, 2025). If you are not able to make it on the scheduled date at least 15 minutes prior to close (written on your ticket stub), then the items are ready for pickup any time during business hours after that scheduled date has passed up until 2:45 PM on the weekdays that the shop is open and 4:45 PM on Saturdays.

Is it necessary to schedule an appointment?

Typically, no appointment is necessary. However, it is asked that items arrive prior to an hour before close. If bringing a large number of items to be altered, more time may be needed for the intake, and an appointment may be more appropriate. 

What payment types do you accept?

Crafted Treasurez LLC accepts cash (exact change, please), card, and contactless payment types.

What is the turnaround for receiving items back?

The turnaround for projects varies, as time is scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis according to the time available and alterations/services requested.

Does Crafted Treasurez LLC make clothing?

While Crafted Treasurez LLC does make its own clothing for sale off the rack under its own branding, unfortunately, we no longer offer the service of making custom-made garments.

Does Crafted Treasurez LLC offer expedited services?

Unfortunately, Crafted Treasurez LLC no longer offers expedited services as of March of 2025.
